Ways To Use A Pink Blanket. Let me count the ways to use one!

A pink blanket or throw can be used in many different ways around the house and for your family. Here are just a few:-
  1. For an extra layer of warmth over the bed
  2. To drape stylishly over a bedroom chair
  3. To "dress" the bed by covering the bottom third of the bed with the throw or to cover the whole bed ( Also works great if you don't like ironing the quilt covers as you then cannot see them!)

 Meaning Of The Colour Pink
The colour pink comes in so many shades. Of course it is a mix of red and white and the more red -which is known for passion and power- in the mix the more vibrant the colour will be.

Some pinks are very bright and you need to love it to live with it. Other shades are more subtle, more gentle and some are merely a hint of pink with a lot of white in it. It all depends what mood you want to achieve and just what you like.

Pink tends to be a colour some people just love love love!! It is known as a gentle nurturing colour often with a feminine feel. Romantic for sure it raises feelings of love and tenderness caring and affection. It tends to give an air of the positive and comfort.

Especially in its lighter shades where more white is involved it has more of the purity and innocence and delicate nature to it.

Being around pink can have a very calming, relaxing effect, However some people may feel pink is a bit too much and it is often best tempered with another colour such as white or grey or green for example to bring a more balanced effect.

Personally I like pink mixed with grey or green. Pink on its own is a bit too much for me or my home but I do love pink and green and I have a blanket in just those colours and it is beautiful.
